Using a U-Shaped Pregnancy Pillow for Full-Body Support

During both of my pregnancies, comfort became something I paid closer attention to, in a very practical, everyday sense. Rest looked different, and I had to be more aware of how my body felt throughout the day and at night.

I’ve used a U-shaped body pillow through two pregnancies, and over time it simply became part of my routine.
